Work and live with locals and get the real cultural experience! Develop your own teaching with a variety of levels from training national racers to teaching people completely new to sailing. Teaching both English speaking and Chinese! Be part of an exciting expansion of this fantastic sport and get China sailing!

Beijing Sailing Center is the few  sailing schools in China offering courses to suit anyone following international guidelines. We are recruiting the following seasonal and full time watersports & Multi Activity Instructors.

We are now recruiting for our 2023 seasons( May to October):

RYA Dinghy Instructors

RYA Senior Instructors

RYA Race coach

RYA Keelboat Instructors, Powerboat Instructors and paddleboard instructor or kayak instructor qualifications would be of benefit also.

This is an exciting opportunity to come and work for one of the biggest sailing centers in China. Let us grow together into something amazing!
